Industry Model and Goverance Model:

The Virtual Global Nation is a meta-level governing body for a new kind of information-based cyberspace. It is designed as an overarching body that provides a structure for what is loosely thought of as the global village. It is a "open" democratic trans-national organization designed to support existential rights, and promote, peace, plenitude, and possibility in the world at large.

Web 3.0 defined

Web 3.0 or the 3rd generation web is as much a culmination, of integrated and synergistic technologies as it is of infrastructure that consists of Frameworks, models, standards, and methodologies.

Web 3.0 is defined here on several levels. On one level it is an integration of multiple technologies that provide both a semantic information canvas and a full motion 3D knowledge representation environment that put together make up a new layer in cyberspace as well as a new media type. This is found in the Rational Data Network.

On another it’s about how the infrastructure of web 3.0 supports the world at large by addressing many of the outcomes of the “world flattening” web 1.0 reality. It addresses real world issues like politics, existential rights, education, commerce, communication, and economic issues through infrastructure design. This infrastructure consists of various models, frameworks, standards, integrations, and synergies which in turn are supported by the overall industry model. This infrastructure provides the mechanisms to support a democratic governance model. It also provides the infrastructure and mechanisms necessary to leverage and focus the collective knowledge, wisdom, experience and understanding of a global population. The diagram below shows this overall architecture.
